Sorry to dissapoint you. There are several different kinds of color blindness and some people are more severe than others. I'm pretty bad :( If you can see better with your new glasses, then they're definitely helping. Different color lenses might actually help what you can see. I just haven't found a lens that works wonders for me.

They do make a pair of glasses (doctor prescribed I believe) that are tinted and supposedly help clor blind people see color better. I don't know how well they work, but it would be cool to get some and see the world like everyone else :)

I know this isn't exactly fishing related, but here's a few links to some color blind tests. I can't see any numbers except the 25 in the first link. The second one shows how things look to me supposedly. If you ask me, every picture on the page is identical.
