I was looking at old posts and noticed your post about rigging a second hook on the huddleston deluxe:

I was just wondering how you threaded the wire/hook through the fin, and also, if you've hooked up on it yet, how much damage it did to the bait.

thanks,

Well I put it right through the middle of the fin, dead center. And I caught one fish on it on a bed, a 9lber. The hook ripped out and tore the fin. It didn't tear it all the way off, just ripped the side out. I jacked up my bait a little but I caught a 9lber on it so it was an ok tradeoff for me. I mostly rigged it like that because otherwise it would just get weeds every cast with a treble hook on the bottom while bed fishing. The ROF 16 is cool and all but I really need to get a 12 or a 5. Those seem to be the more 'fishable' models. The ROF 16 is kind of like casting a 6oz torpedo sinker and retrieving it :)
