3465, Matts Hard Gill..Bill or no Bill....

Matt has a Billed Red Ear, Floater Red Ear and Sinking Red Ear.
Is the purpose of the Bill to move water?
Where in the water column does the Billed Red Ear swim?

I guess I'm asking why would I want to buy the Billed Bait?

Thanks!!

I talked to Matt at BAT. To my understanding he is not going to continue making the billed bait. If I remember right he said that there is not a big difference between the billed bait and the bait with no bill. I bought a Female Bluegill Floater and caught a bunch of fish on it recently. Awesome, awesome bait.

I have no experience with the billed bait, so I can't comment on the intent/function of that bait, but I did get one of the slow-sink hard BG baits a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. So do the fish in my home lakes. Nicely done Matt.
