3780, Good heavy action spinning rod

I'm looking for a heavy or med-heavy action spinning rod for throwing topwater for bass. Something that will cast a toad or a regular size spook. Prefer a 7' to 7'10" rod with a reasonable price, like say less than $150. Any recommendations?

I have an older Castaway salwater rod thats pretty sic. Play around with there rod builder at www.castawayrods.com
Most likely you will need to look at saltwater rods
