203, My 7 1/2in soft trout what do you guys think?

THIS IS NOT THE WAY THE LURE WILL BE RIGGED!
I poured this lure with a simple lead head just to take some pictures.
I beleive I have solved all the problems assiosiated with hook up ratios on soft swimbaits. I don't want to show how it is rigged until I am ready to sell them.
Thanks again for all the posative responses on my Mattbass!
Matt

I'm noticing that it has monsterously sized pectoral and ventral fins. Are these going to cause planing if they get tweaked from sun or whatever? Furthermore most stocked trout I've seen have these half ground off from the concrete rearing tanks they grow up in. You colored them contrasting to the underside of the body, should they be white?
I'm not trying to get down on your bait, just give a little constructive criticism so I get a better bait. Otherwise it looks AWESOME!
On second thought after you've made a few my way send them to me and BREAK THE MOLD! I wouldn't want others to have such a weapon in there arsenal. }( :+

Wade

Thanks for the compliments guys,
I am working real hard to get these out to the public but I have a lot of work left to do before then. Big diference between production and making a few prototypes. I have used many pitures and videos of live trout to make this bait I belive the size color and placment of the fins are correct. A trouts bottom fins are mostly transparent green with a little peach color and white tips but not all white. Wade you are correct about hatchery trout having worn fins but, that usually aplies to the larger trout. The smaller the trout the better their fins are.
The reason most other swimbaits have small fins and color them white is because it is easy and fast.
I hope you guys will like my finished products.
Thanks
Matt

I stopped fishing for stockers a few years ago so the memories fade of what exactly a small stocker looks like.
