The bait's that I was using were prototypes.The production baits have the treble moved closer to the dive bill to help prevent it from happening.I just received my new one that I will be fishing tonight after work.The older one I did foul it a few times, but not much more than you would a crank bait.Overall I'm really impressed with it and I have caught fish in the middle of the day and at night in open water and near the bank.
