I'm a little bit of both, not by choice :)
I mainly throw the bigger baits looking for a fish over five but can go a month or more without a bite, and when i do catch one it's not usually huge x(
I'm still just happy to be on the water no matter what.

Lately I'm usually out there just looking for 2 lb'ers. I've gotten too into my tournament mindset with the whole Jr. BASS thing going on. It's weird but I used to be able to last alot longer with throwing bigger baits and not catching as many fish, but now I just do whatever to get my 10 pound limit. This fall and winter that all changes though. Already getting the first swimbait fish of the year. }(

I like to catch lots of diferent species but I am always trying to cath the biggest ones. Very seldom do I try for numbers.

Depends on where Im fishing.
A 5 pounder in a particular lake may not get me as excited as a two pounder in another lake.
However, typically Im only interested in quality. And my defintion of quality is about 3 pounds and above.
Now if Im trophy fishing, well thats a different story.
