I found this diamond charm awhile back it's 14k gold and real diamonds anyone have any idea what it may be worth?

There's really no way to tell how much it's worth just by the picture you posted. It depends completely on the size, cut, color, and clarity of each individual diamond.

I've seen those types of mounts on a gold necklace going from between $200 and $600 depending on the quality.
