Hey, if you just want to have some fun, try Balboa Lake (just south of Balboa Blvd. and Victory) Tons of bluegill, occational catfish). If you want to fish for bigger Cats, try Hamsem Dam (Sunland)check the map. Go to the lower lake(sandi beach). If you can travel a little further, you can go to Castaic Lake (118 East-5 North - get off at Parker Road, follow signs. You can fish the upper lake or lower lake there. You can also fish Malibu Creek (101 North-Las Virgenes Rd. South-look for it). Or you can go over Topanda Cyn. to the beach and Surf fish. That's actually really close to you. There are some small private ponds in West Hills, but you need permition to get in there.
