I've only been bass fishing from my float tube for a couple of months. I've always launched my tube at Santa Margarita Lake from the Vaca Flats Picnic area and explored the nearby coves for largemouth. Are there other good/better areas at the lake for tubing? Any tips? I've been doing pretty good with the soft jerkbaits(Senkos, Flukes). I'm going to try and get out there again on Wednesday, 6/21, if anyone wants to join me. I plan on being in the water by sunrise!
