Launched out of the big break at 1pm. It was cloudy and windy. Strange weather this weekend. It was over 100 on Friday, lightening storm Saturday and now clouds and wind today (Sunday).

Water temp was 71 degrees. Clarity was OK, like 3 feet. It was windy, then calm, then very windy as the day went on. I took a friend from work who just fishes occasionally. We tried for striper most of the time.

There's no shortage of tiny stripers out there. We probably caught 25 or so on rattletraps to go with 4 small lmb as well(1 keeper). Only 1 keeper sized striper out of the micro bunch.

I made what I thought was a decent effort at catching some largemouth but it felt super tuff. There were a good number of striper type boats out anchored fishing bait all around the break and I never saw anyone catch anything.

Like always stripers are here today gone tomorrow. With the overcast condition today someone caught them good somewhere no doubt.

My buddy did decent in the South Delta (boater). Caught them good when the wind was blowing but didn't get much when it was calm. Lots of small stripers also.
