I'm hoping to take my 3 and 5 year-old kids fishing for the first time at Sly Park Reservoir (Jenkinson Lake) next week, which is late October. Any recommendations for types of bait and fish we should be trying for from shore to give them their first catch? Actually, any fishing info about this lake will be a big help, as I just got back into fishing after MANY years off. Thanks for your time!
