Actually caught a few yesterday. The lake looks great with the water warming and clearing up quite nicely. Both lots were packed but it still didn't feel overly crowded. The fishing didn't seem like it has busted totally loose yet (at least for me) but it should soon.

A 4lber that wanted a trout. It hit a hudd out in the main lake.

A 3lb flip fish from the river.

Nice report Phil...Both Lots full on a Friday? That is just crazy, the place is getting hit hard right now. Went today and there must be a bunch of 4lbrs right now, got one today and three the last trip. It was a zoo out there today, and the ranger said Saturday was very busy...I am going back to fishing it during the week. Thursday is my next trip there. Now is the time for a big one. I agree with you, Margi is almost ready, temps were 53 - 57 today.

Yeah, I actually snapped a pic. The marina lot wasn't quite as full, but more boats than usual. Good thing the lake filled as it felt like there was plenty of water for everyone.
