Woodbridge, either lake, can be pretty good in the winter. I have a few buddies who live there and I get out there a few times each winter. The main bite for the good quality fish is on the jig and the Rat-L-Trap. There are isolated rock areas that start near the bank and tail off into the lake. These rocky areas, as well as the dock pilings around the gazebo on one lake, and the restaurant on the other lake are good areas to slow crawl a jig and pig. The Rat-L-Trap should be retieved slowly, letting the bait hit bottom and with the rod tip, lift it up and continue the retrieve. The rocky areas once again are the best for this technique. Be warned, there are some real good quality fish in these small lakes. My buddy Rusty schooled me last year with two stout five pounders in a row, and I've seen pictures of several fish over 8.
