Oh I just can't stay away... Matt and I got out around 6:30 tonight. We started over by whiteoak and they were biting on the cranks again. I caught a dink right away followed by a 3 and a 3.5 a little down the bank. Matt nailed a 12" on the rattle trap in between, and I picked another dink on the chrome/blue speed trap I've been fishing of late. After covering the water there we moved to the back of the lake by the dam and I got another dink followed by another fish about 3lb. Matt caught two about 12" on the trap again as we worked over the flats areas back there. As it got dark we headed to the swimming pool cove to try some topwater. Thing was it was just too calm for it and after a bit we switched back to cranking. Matt caught another fish about 12" and I cleaned up the day with two crappie that somehow got the idea that they were bass. All I can say is helloooooo people throwing frogs and topwater all day. Tie on a crankbait and catch some bassies.

Rob,
Sounds like you caught a lot of fish last night. We all would love to set up a time and fish the lake together on your boat. You may remember us from last weekend. We were the guys who yelled to you from our canoe and you wrote about us on your website. Please reply.
Thanks,
The Hen Anglers
