Look for the reefs out from the peir. There are a few different rocky reefs around there. If you use a 3-way rig with a 2' lite dropper to a few oz of lead you should be able to bounce bait along until you find 'em. The 'buts should be on the sand close to the reefs looking for the bait attracted to the reefs. I'd bounce bait until I found a reef or fish then throw swimbaits or keep with the bait depending on water clarity.
