5133, Who caught the 44" Halibut??

On Sunday the 10th. There were some floattubers fishing in Belmont Shore and one of them caught a 44"-38.5lb. Halibut! He was using Chartruse Green color plastics on 6lb. test. Does anyone know who caught this monster?
