started at goleta about 4 pm picked up two short halibut. Then I saw some bird action way out on the campus point kelp, so I figured what the heck, I made the paddle up current(trolled a rapala on the way; didnt get anything), but by the time I got there the some clouds moved in, the wind and swell picked up and it got down right uncomfortable, so I threw a fish trap a couple of times then got the heck out of there. Will probably go back this weekend when i can park by the UCSB beach access without getting a ticket.
