Hey Ed, Most of the blades I throw are 3/4- 1 1/2oz twin willow ( the dbl blade create more vibration and stays down longer) on 6-8lbs line.
Wht skirt w/ clr rd flake AA curly tail as a trailer seems to produce the most. Chart. works ok for me.
I don't know how your fishing them, but I like to slow roll them on the bottom. Man you can't beat the thump you get when a nice spottie hits it.
Want to know a secret? Try throwing those old tom mann lil george spinners in white w/ chrome single blade. They are inexpensive and work well.
