?Tienes leche, Huevon?

Lazyness prevails. Lunched late, but didn’t care. This was to be as casual a day as humanly possible. Sometimes you just gotta keep it simple and go dink slaying.

Launched at 24th street into very clear water and started fishing right in front of the ramp. I got 2 fish in 3 cast.

Bites were plentiful, but our reactions were still in sleepy morning mode.

Pretty much only needed the outboard to get on and off the trailer. Just bumped the TM every once in a while to keep us in a decent position, chatted and chucked lures.

Went around the corner and bounced lures off some heavy metal for a while.

Oolie loves corny old pop music songs from the 80’s.

Shorts, navy ships, spotted bay bass, and morning coffee. It’s a good thing.

Mike Oolie is a human smelt magnet.

Water was very clear in South bay, we could see the bottom most of the time. At one point a school of very nice sized bonito swam under the boat, but alas, they would only follow lures and wouldn’t bite them. Fished about 5-6 hours. Caught about 10 fish and farmed another 10. I broke off 2 nicer fish, but don’t know what they were.

Merry Christmas kiddies…….
