The Eclipse is departing Tuesday, 4/20/10 for a 2-Day Fishing Trip Sponsored by Big Hammer. Captain Mark Gillette is planning on hitting San Nicholas Island. The last time they fished San Nicholas Island they brought back 27 Ling Cod along with 171 Rockfish and a number of other species of fish, and that was 3 weeks ago on a 1.5-Day Trip. Since then the Eclipse has continued with excellent Rockfishing and the Calico Bass have really turned on and even the Bonito are starting to bite. We are anticipating the arrival of the Yellowtail, hopefully very soon. Big Hammer is sponsoring this trip and will have representatives on board handing out plenty of Giveaways.
