The cuda are back in the Ventura Harbor. Caught five after work yesterday from shore.

Where in the Harbor were you getting them? End of the jetty? Were you using jigs?

I used a 1/2 oz MegaBait jig but a Krok or Kastmaster will work too. Any minnow type jerk bait is another option. I fished near the Channel Islands Park visitor center (I hope I'm close with this name) facing East.

Any good at the end of the jetty? I fished it once since the dredge and a huge rip was running like rapids through the slot between end-of-jetty and breakwater. Last year, this gap was a good spot for halibut.
