If you're taking a girls fishing just do what you can to ensure an enjoyable experience. Go on a boat where you know the captain and or crew and you know what to expect fishing wise. Pick a day where the odds of good weather are good. Bring seasick medicine! Focus on having a good time not just catching fish.

As for the Seahawk trip, I don't know who does deck these days. I think Chaz is still around and possibly Mike. Luke does deck on the Seahawk sometimes too. Don't know about Lance or anyone else.
