"Without trout plants swimbait fishing is done!"

Done as in "over" or "no more" ?

I started a multi-million dollar swimbait industry here in Japan, and we have no trout plants. We seem to do OK.
Whatever transpires, I think my Cali hardcore swimbait fisherman friends will be OK too.

Just reporting the facts, once again.
