I do not think that a larger trout bait possibly a 12/14/16 inch hudd would get bit by more fish or bigger fish, or more bigger fish, even if it had the same exact 8 inch swim. The physics of a bait that size limits the effectiveness, even if it was super light. I wish it did work, and would definitely buy a bunch of them as soon as they are available, to see if I could get them to work.

8 inch hudd with all the fins that swims dead true no matter what and with a coating that is just like the trout slime coat, that tastes like the slime coat and holds up to repeated casting/bites.

Three new 8in Hudd designs one that's shaped exactly like a baby bass, the other a channel cat, third golden shiner, mainly for the summer bite. Same tail/action new body design.

New designed punching and frogging setups with 90%+ percent hook and land ratio.

I personally would like a 6/7 inch double or triple wide beaver and a bigger brush hog but that is not very amazing.

Those baits and designs would be cool but I think the best fishing innovation would be a completely silent trolling motor. 95% of my fishing is gloriously silent, natural, cheap float tubing but I was using a trolling motor last weak and re-realized that those contraptions are soooo noisy, unnatural and not that effective. I gave up using it pretty quick and just did a bunch of drifts. Think of the implications, fish will never know your there, and you get to cover a ton of water at the same time.

Everyone would have to get the silent tm or not be able to compete. I would love to see the chaos if tournament guys couldn't get them or if a company other than guide or kota made them. Those would probably become banned in tournaments, haha.
