I decided to sleep in and not get down to San V too early.
Got there about 10 am and went to work with the big stuff. Had some immediate follows--nobody too hot, just solid and enough interest to keep me throwing.

I got one huge bite off the island. The fish looked a good 7/8 pounds and just blasted my bait. I didn't hook her.

My only bite for the day. Had some great followers as it got late. Nobody would bite again for me...

Matt, were you using the Eagle or another bait? And could you tell me if you were fishing relatively shallow or deep? I'm most likely going out there this weekend so any info will be greatly appreciated.

Glad I didn't miss much, I would've been pissed if you stuck em without me ;-) Didn't get your message till sun afternoon otherwise I would've charged. You up for some LMV action sometime this week?

Bryan L was at San V Saturday for the NBA tournament and stuck another hog. About 7, which was the big fish of the tournament, they finished second overall. I think he caught the fish on something called an Osprey? Gotta ask him.
Brian, Double Trouble and I are talking about hitting LMV on Wednesday night, will find out for sure tomorrow if Momma will let me go. Give me a call.

haha, that's funny cause me, dane and the crew were thinking about hitting LMV on weds too :-) I'll call you at the office tomorrow.

nah it kinda fell through. Basically everbody bailed for one reason or another :-) Next weds is scheduled though.
