4214, trout plug question Posted by snakeman, Wed Mar-03-04 09:22 PM
I am thinking about making my own trout hardbait. I don't think I will have too much trouble with making the bait but I am interested in knowing if the baits need to be weighted inside to swim upright, if so how do you weight them? Also, what kind of paint is best to use? I understand if nobody wants to give up secrets on baits but I just don't want to go through all the work of crafting my lure and then have it flop over on its side without it swimming at all. thanks in advance eric
