From this first image, i think it is 100% clear that the fish is not hooked on a belly hook.

From the second image, you can see the back of the bait with the nose of the bait resting on the fishes bottom lip. This image shows for sure that the fish is not hooked in the top lip. Further, if a top hook is present, there is no way it could be in the fish b/c it is facing the wrong way and is too far away from the fish to be touching it.
