has anyone out there fished the floating plastic osprey bait in 7 inch? the only place i have seen it is my local turners in chino. Just would like to know if it is worth the 20$ for it. thanks.

I've got the flat topped Osprey Talon. Works about 2 ft below the surface. 6" long I think. Casts fine and OK action, but never caught anything with it. To be just however, times I've gotten it out the bite (striper fishing at Willow Beach) was deep.
