3982, SCBBBC @ Blue Lakes

As most of you probably already know, the Sonoma County Belly Boat Bass Club is holding a tournament this Saturday @ Blue Lakes (east of Ukiah). Meeting time is 5 AM @ the big turnout off Hwy 20 by the easternmost (mud) lake. Weigh-in will be @ 3:00 PM. Usual rules - late for meeting time is 0.2 lb penalty, must be a member prior to blast-off for Sonoma points to count, extra $5 for non-members who have already fished with us this year. Should be a good one - we usually catch lots of fish there, & some good ones to boot. Kevin (aka K-dog) had a 23.4 lb limit there last year, including 9.38 lb fish.

We're going to try to get our schedule set in October to avoid some of the scheduling overlaps & conflicts that happened this year. It would be great if we can leave @ least a week between Bass-n-Tubes & SCBBBC tournies so that our folks who also fish BNT can make it to as many of the events as possible. One thing that will help is that we won't have to factor in the floattuber.com thing next season, since I think Sir Dink is staying in So Cal.

Also, the thing with the Redwood Club v. SCBBBC/BNT is still in the concept stage. Clear Lake or the Delta seem to be the best choices to make it somewhat fair. Redwood doesn't have a September tournie right now, so it might happen @ the end of September.

Good luck to all @ Blue Lakes.
