In this up coming year what fishing obtainable goals would you like to have?

For myself: In no particular order

1. To catch and release a Green Teenster. (13, 14, 15 ect..# largemouth)
2. To catch a twenty # or beter Striped Bass.
3. To place in half of the tournaments I enter.
4. As TD of Delta Region would like to have other than the Open, twenty contestants.
5. Owning a tournament ready bass boat :)

My goal is the same as last year and that is to fish more this year then I did last year. Every year Im able to acomplish this goal.

This year I will work harder on winning my fully riged Bass Boat.

Im also going to break my personal best of 11.82, Im going for the world record baby. Why not, I live 5 minutes from a lake that just might have one, or two.

Im also going to try to help one of the newer guys in our club do better.

Last , but not least, Im going to try and stay ahead of Deren and Todd in the points this new year:P

1. Catch a double digit largemouth.
2. Catch a 5+ smallmouth.
3. Win at least 2 tournaments in the BnT Travelers Region and make the ToC.
4. Fish more than I did last year. (that will be easy)
5. Catch a striper from the surf in Pacifica
6. Catch a steelhead on a fly (that will be hard)
7. Catch an Albacore
8. Catch a legal sized sturgeon - or one too big to keep

Goals I plan on attaining:
1.) 5#+ bass on a jig. (It can't be that hard, can it?)
2.) 20#+ Freshwater striper.
3.) 20#+ Freshwater striper on the big wood.
4.) 15#+ Hali on lure.
5.) A tuna, Alby, Yellowfin, or Bluefin. (Not neccessarily from my Kickboat)
6.) Keeping an accurate log book detailing over 156 trips. (That's an average of 3 times a week.)

Goals I might try to attain
1.) Mako or T-shark (Definitely NOT from the Kickboat).
2.) A legal Sturgeon (I've gone over (96-98") and under (41" when the limit was 42").) (This could be wild from a Kick.)
Tight lines,
Wade

My goals are a bit more modest:

1. I'd like to attend all of the tournaments for either Delta or Travelers circuits.

2. I'd like to make the TOC in either region.

Clent, I sure would like to see you there at every Delta Tournament.
I've seen your progress over the seasons.

From you becoming fustraited, to you becoming consistant with a limit.
You'll be a up coming threat this year competing.

Fingers crossed to see whats in your live-well. :)

A BIG Thanks if your able to make it out to a tourney or two.

I know how WORK has you perty much tied to be close in case of an emergency.

Your the Man!
In hope we fish together soon!!

THANKS

Did not make my goals from last year so here they are again:

A 10#+ on a swimbait/trout plug
A 6# on a frog

Adding to my list this year is to finally fish a BnT tourney (would like to fish the entire Delta region)

Welllll were waiting.....
I've heard nothing but good stuff about you John.
If your anything like the other John were all in trouble. :)

Can you imagine two Johnny Wonders ?

The joke is: If your fishing up against John Lake sometime through-out the tournament
You will wonder what John has in his live-well.
Most of the time, if not all the time it's enough to win.

Really hope to fish with Mr. Sactos
This season and many more

I do not think I belong in the same company as Mr. Lake but I do love to fish and have been wanting to get back into tourney fishing. Free time has been hard to come by but this spring and summer look a whole lot better.

Ok JC I am not one to want to discuss my "personal" goals public but it could be fun to see how we all end up a year from now.

#1 win half the BNT traveler region events.
#2 place in the top 5 in every BNT T.R event. This will be step down from last year but I feel people are going to be going after me this year :)
#3 Take the BNT T.R AOY
#4 Qualify for the BASS Fed. TOC.
#5 Make the Open's the biggest and best kickboat event's ever!

1. Win AOY with SCBBBC again (Rich & Deren are but a couple of the great guys I'm going to have to deal with!)
2. Fish in at least three BnT tournaments not including the Opens
3. Catch a double digit in a tournament
4. Win at least 5 tournaments (kickboat and bass boat)
5. Lose 30 lbs from my December 2003 high of 211
6. Win one of the Opens or Invitational

Better watch out there Mr. Billy Boy, a misguided cast with a triple treble hook lure might be coming your way :o

You better hope I don't lose all that weight as I will be just that much more efficient on the water! }(

1. The 'teener' idea sure sounds good, and it's a logical step from my current PB of 11.5.
2. A double-digit on a 'big wood' bait (or even the 9-inch rubber!) would be nice -- Lord knows I've got enough of 'em to have a chance to score!
3. Being able to keep my boat (the Four Winns Fish-n-Ski), after my layoff finally hits at the end of this month (who knows where I go from here? At least I'll always have my kickboat, worse comes to worse!).
4. Learn some things from my new underwater camera about **WHERE THOSE DANG FISH ARE HIDING FROM ME** out there! :D
5. Win at least one BnT event this year, without letting it *slip though my fingers* yet again!!!

Here we go, gentlemen! No time to waste -- the clock's a-tickin'!!!!

Here are my gaols for 2004:

1. Catch a 6+ bass
2. always get a limit in every tournament i fish(both BnT&my other club)
3. Try to save as much money as i can by only buying what I need(yeah right,im screwed there lol)
4. Make BnT TOC at CL
5. Make smart decisions when fishing, fish for a limit when i need to, and fish for a big fish when i need too..
6. Have fun everytime I fish....
7. Be able to make my goals for 2005 even bigger..

My goal for this year is to get a lake record somewhere. If you guys see any swimming around, shoot me an email :D :D :D

Not that I've seen any swimming around...
Sonoma's record is only about 16.5 or 17. It's ripe to be broken if ya ask me. And as far as I know, the "official" lake record at Spring is only 16. That oughta be easy! LOL :+
