Start up front then move your way back untill you find them, you might find them in both areas who knows.Presentation is the key imho, although i`ve had agressive ones take my bait after its been splashed in the water if you quitely make your presentations you could make flips to the outside without spooking the ones on the inside if you need to go there to find fish. You just got to go out there and get some time on the water and develope your flipping technique now that you have a starting point. When you have that down, develope your pitching technique then you can present the lure quitely to the fish from farther back therefore covering more water and increase your chance on maybe catching a few you would have been sitting on while flipping. As far as weights and lures to use that all depends on what they want,a slow fall or a fast fall ,plastics or jigs. These are things that you have to experiment on when your on the water because it varies from day to day for the most part thats what makes bassfishing a challenge.Fountain grove is the perfect spot to practice all your bassfishing techniques on(especially frogging in the evening),theres all kinds of rocks ,tules ect ect.good luck
