Larry and i launched at luis park around 7.30.Went to the 1st marker and i got 1 striper (shaker ) on a swimbait.After hitting that area pretty good we started to head up to the naked ladies house.Throwing spooks,swimbaits,rattle traps and Larry threw a fluke no love;( . i decided it was silver buddy time and got one that was about 10#s next to some trees.that was it for that area!we fished it pretty hard and then went down to the turning basin.There was a bunch of boats fishing it and in the hour or so we were there i didn't see anyone catch anything.
we ran up 14 mile slough and started fishing for bass by the bridge.(jigs,senkos,blades and everything else I could think) of and didn't even get bit.:-( after a while we ran back down the river to the ist cove past the meat wall at ladds. fished docks and tules,Nothing.On the way back I fished the naked ladies house again and started picking up small stripers on rattle traps.that was it;(
still a fun day on the river and that 10lber was cool,1st buddy fish of the year:-)
whn I pulled the boat out of the water we noticed that I had a flat tire on my trailer:o Changed it and we were on our way home.:7
The bite was probably bad due to the weak tides and weather.It should pick up anytime soon!

It was tough out there, I went out for the afternoon from about 2:30-sunset and was only able to stick a few little green guys on a crankbait. Duck hunters are everywhere around the Tract now, Matt from Beacon went out with a buddy and said they got 8 in the morning. Also saw a couple guys loading up a couple of fat ass geese.

ok you gotta tell us the story behind the spot you call "naked ladies house"...lol
