I recently moved to the Tracy area and been having a lot of trouble finding access to launch my pontoon. I know a few harbors around here, but really concerned with the speeding sports boats. Also, I don't have a motor and looking for safe waters to paddle. I've had the pontoon for nearly 6 months and only taken it out to the east bay lakes twice. I would like to get familiar with this area. I'm also interested in the bass-n-tube club. I would like to know how the club works because I'm always open to meeting new fishing friends. Can someone help me?
