so does that mean we arent allowed to pay at naci the day before the event? or does this mean we can pay for membership there but have to pay an extra $10? what happens if u pay for membership after naci, those points dont count since u were not paid prior?(meaning u would have to use it as throw away. A little clarification would be appreciated.
