Thanks again to everybody that made it to the meeting!

Here is a brief overview of what we went over.

*Rule Changes: It will now take a minimum of 5 tournaments fished (including the Open) to qualify for the T.O.C. We will also be only taking the top 12 qualifiers with 1 alternate. So if only 10 people fish 5 tournaments all year we will only be taking 10 qualifiers.

* Membership & entry fees: It will now be mandatory to be a member of the TBF as well as FLW for insurance reasons. Because of the mandatory memberships we will be dropping B-n-T memberships to only 5$. All together to be a part of Bass-n-Tubes next year it will cost 60$ flat(non-negotiable). We will also be raising the entry fee of general tournaments to 35$. That's 30$ buy-in 5$ big fish option.

*Open & Classic: The Clear Lake Open will be held on April 28-29th. This is the first year we have not fished the Open for at least one day in May and will most likely be the last time we fish it in April. It was also a Club decision to leave the SCBBBC Classic off the schedule for this next year. This doesn't mean there will be a lack of support from us B-n-T guys at that event, it just means we would rather not have points involved when we fish there next year.

*Referrals & awards: If a current member refers a new member they will get to fish a free event once that new member is paid for (excludes 2 day tournament entry). This year we fully intend on sending the A.O.Y to fish as an Amateur in a F.L.W. event for the chance to win some serious $$. There will also be prizes handed out for Rookie of the year and Most improved (minimum 5 tournaments fished).

Schedule (Dates still to come):
Feb: Naci (towards the end of the month)
March: Disco (mid)
April: Whites (Early)
May: CL Open (April 28- 29)
June: Middle River (10th)
July: Most likely a Delta location (still open)
Aug: Middle River sun up (early)
Sept: Berry (early)
SCBBBC Classic: Sept 29-30 (not for points)
Oct: New Melones (late) ((location might change based on participation))
Nov. TOC: NACI! (early-mid)

The final dates should be up mid next week. I'm stoked about next year. Naci can't come soon enough!

See you on the water in 2012!

-Rob

Schedule looks great and the rule changes are good too! It just seemed too weird for me to make the TOC the last couple of years. Sorry I didn't make the meeting; scheduling conflicts...

Rob has got the entry fee for the tourney wrong. It has been for the last 3 years $30 + $5 for big fish so $35 all in. This coming year it will be $35 for entry and $5 for big fish a total of $40 all in.

If we put New molones on the schedule it will not be changed based on participation. We will have the dates and the July tourney figured out by the end of next week.

Good meeting but wish more would have shown up. Thanks Rob and Meg for letting us take over your pad. Michael had fun as well.

FLW/TBF stuff. Do you not pay FLW dues directly to FLW as you might pay twice as they do not except FLW dues from TBF members. If you have an extended FLW membership beyond 12/31/2011 let us know and I will check your current membership amount owed.

Schedule looks good. i wish there was a way for you all to work around the TBF R3 schedule. Looks like you have so far except the June 10 date. I do know there are some BNT and SCBBBC members that will be stuck between BNT at the Delta or TBF at Sonoma

Here is the TBF R3 schedule

3/25 Clear Lake
5/6 Delta
6/10 Sonoma
7/15 Clear Lake
