OK here is my last 2 weeks report. The last 2 weekends found Taylor and myself at McClure for the first 2 A/C WRL events. The first weekend we lost the trolling motor and electronics in the first 1/2 hour or so. We set up on drifts for the rest of the day, almost like Halibut fishing. I oared us all over the frickin place with a little 4 foot oar. But we didn't quit and ended up in 16th.

Last weekend we had everything working. Ironically we started in the same exact spot as the week before. We caught 4 keepers in the first hour then struggled for a while trying to find the 5th. I think it came around 10:30 or so. we were able to cull a few times thanks to Taylor and we ended up in 5th.

We caught a lot of fish deep and struggled to stay on them when we did find them. Sorry its not a real report filled with action but that's December I guess

Taylor and I fished Anderson the day after the A/C tournament. I got there around 8:30 and hit my first couple spots and didn't get anything. Taylor finally caught up to me after catching a few fish on the way. I had a pontoon loosing pressure so I had row back to the ramp put some air in and go back out. Fished around the ramp for about an hour for nothing. I am starting to get real tired of watching that little bastard catch 10-15 fish and I don't get touched.:-) While we are on the subject, is anyone fishing over the holiday? I have 11 days off so I am going somewhere. Turkey shoot? Merry Christmas!

I am going somewhere on friday but have only been out once in the last 2 months ;( When I did get out me and my gal launched the boat at tracy oasis,went back around coney island an dI got skuned and she got 6 from the back of the boat with a f^$**^%^* drop shot!!
I gotta get some fish.I might try either s.c.,the delta if I can get my boat out through the hyacynth.Maybe the quarries to see if there is any small mouth left in there.

Not lately, I haven't fished since the TOC. I think.

I will probably be heading out to SC tomorrow morning after the sun warms things up some. Don't know yet if I want to hit the island pond or the arroyo, but I'll be there!

I have the next week off and a bunch of company staying at my house so I might try to get out some more while my 2011 license is still useful. It will be my last chance to fish before having shoulder surgery on Jan 4th x(

No fishin since Oct, got some lower back issues now ;( It sucks gettin old.

....old farts....haha so i was thinkin, maybe you guys can sit in one toon together, share the rowing chore since mitch's got one arm n DM a bad back, Mitch you may have to do the paddling, and DM you can be in charge of settin the hook. sounds like a perfect team.

I may be fishin the 26th, but if so it will be up north where the spots are eating kokanees.

I've caught a bunch of small stripers in Sherman, SJ main river, and Pittsburgh area; swimbaits and a few on topwater (out of boats). Striper fishing has been slow. The lack of rain has kept quite a few fish in the Delta. Disco Bay and South Delta should be good right now. I've been pinned down with work and family, no time for kickboating lately.

Finally got out in the kickboat again and got 5 in 2.5 hours at Italian with the pic of my biggest one. This was yesterday.

We had a cranking battery issue at McClure at the first event (where Scott and Taylor had issues and managed 16th...good job guys!) and didn't weigh-in but would have only been middle of pack anyway.

made it out for a few hours on the 9th. hit yote for some bank action and was rewarded with a 3-1/2 and a 9 on a chatterbait.

The only fishing I've done is on the Outdoor channel. I just got my car back from the shop after putting 7G's worth of F@#%ing damage, I was laid off last Friday and with unemployment being considerably less than what I was making, I'm about to struggling again. I'm also engaged to my girl, and that's a whole other ballgame right there. The ol' IFISH keeps on getting kicked in the teeth while he's down.

I haven't forgotten about my B-n-T bro's, I just can't seem to break out of this funk these last few years. :( x( If anyone knows any " FAT CHICKS " needing some lovin', I charge $1.50 per pound. :+ A brotha got to do what a brotha got to do, you dig ?:+
