4523, Lake & Swimbait - donations?
Posted by Samurai TI, Wed Sep-26-01 06:04 AM
John & Rob - was wondering if any of your sponsors will be able to donate some product to the invitational? Know you guys aren't going to be able to make it (we'll work on that next year so we can fish with you two!) but it would be cool if we could get some product.

Anyway, let me know either here on call me on my cell @ 415.602.6897

Thanks!
4524, Don't forget Dink Mendez this time!

For a couple years now, Dink Mendez has offered to provide tackle donations for our tournies ('Rodstrainer' jigs & spinnerbaits), but as far as I'm aware, neither club has ever gotten around to coordinating anything with him. Every time I talk to him at one of the bass shows in the area, he says we just need to give him a call! I think we could get some cool stuff from him.

If you need a number, I can probably dig it up somewhere; just let me know. I don't think we should pass him up any longer! - j

I've actually been talking to him for the past couple of months and he said he'll get some goods to us probably in the beginning of October!

Thanks guys for your help!

I am not sure if I can find a lake to donate but maybe Rob can get the swimbait. :)

Just wondering if you sent it to my earthlink or work address. My home system is down so if you need to get a hold of me my work address would be preferred - sfo1tmi@ups.com
