Fifteen brave souls came to White Slough on March 13, 2016 to do battle with the elements and the CA delta bass.

The weather was the big story this weekend with a storm that rivaled anything BnT has ever seen. Strong wind and heavy rain, coming in sideways, turned fifteen at the start of the day into six at weigh in time.

Matt Brannon made it two in a row with five fish for 12.31 pounds and the win. Matt's bag was anchored by a 5.91 pounder for the big fish prize as well.
In second place was Daniel Balaba with the only other limit of the day for 8.39 pounds. Third place went to Anthony Duffany who brought two fish to the scale for 6.34 pounds.

Congrats to those men that stuck it out.

Thanks! It was definitely a challenging event!! That rain never let off all day and the wind was so bad that all I could fish was a spinnerbait. It was a memorable day to say the least! Looking forward to the next one.
