2017 Delta Outdoor Open hosted by Dan’s Outdoor pro shop will be on July 15 & 16th.

Check-in will be at:
Dan's Delta Outdoors from 11:30am to 1:00pm

Fees:
Tournament entry - $35.00
Big Fish option - $10 ($5 per day) pays 1st place big fish only, each day.
All in $45.00

With your entry Bass-n-tubes will include a Free lunch and 5 raffle tickets
Note: Lunch will be severed at Delta Outdoors’s from 11:30am to 12:45pm (Hamburger, hot dogs, chips and soda’s)

Weigh-in 9:00pm

Blast off is 6:00am
Weigh-in 12:00pm

Sunday check in will begin at 5:15 to 5:30am and launch will be at 6:00am.
All contestants need to check in with the TD prior to blast off each day.

Side notes:
Raffles will be held at Delta Dan’s Saturday during check-in and
Awards on Sunday in the Sugar Barge Picnic area near the Horseshoe pit
All Bass-n-Tubes tournament rules will apply.
Every angler must have, in their possession, a valid USCG approved PFD during tournament hours.
Every Angler must have, in their possession and ON, a "white light" from launch time until 15 minutes after safe light.

You MUST have a parent/guardian sign this form and provide an emergency contact # or unfortunately we will be forced to not allow your participation.
