The dredge broke, and the mouth of the Santa Barbara Harbor is still Sanded in.
They were able to start Saturday, but after only 4 hours it broke. They are waiting for a part to be fixed in texas, then they will start again Thursday. Soo... we are now hoping to go Sunday.
