40 anglers on three trips caught a handfull of barracuda and near limits of rockfish. The wind has been up the last couple of afternoons and water is cold. The barries are outside the rigs.
I went on the twilight with 6 anglers. We attempted bass fishing, and eneded up catching limits of rockfish.
