Santa Maria P.D. took out there first group of kids on a Police Activity League trip. Myself and 4 officers took 19 youngsters out on a half day charter. They did pretty good. Most never fished before. A true rent rod charter. All 19 rent rods. They caught 88 Rockfish 6 Sandbass, 2 calico Bass and the Jackpot was a 25 pound King Salmon. It was a great day. This is the second group trip I have ran on the Stardust. the first was a load of Special Olympians. Jason and his crew really treat these groups great. The trip is set up to include food, fish cleaning and gear. Anyone looking to do such a trip get a hold of me via e-mail. This is a great boat to work with.
