The morning half day had 20 anglers catching 43 Whitefish, 80 Rockfish and 16 Reds.

Several police officers and I took 25 kids from Santa Maria out on a Police Activity League charter in the afternoon. Weather was tough. A big wind swell and a chopped up ocean met us. Jason took us to the north to an area where we have had good scores on past trips. We caught about 30 rockfish with several being very big reds. The conditions were worsening and we were losing a couple of kids. We moved to the inside where we met calm seas and biting fish. Many browns, sugars and johnnie bass were caught. Kids laughing and cheeseburgers flying out of the galley. All in all a great day again. I highly recomend if you want to do a charter with a bunch of kids to get on this boat. I am available to assist in this type of kids trip. I have about 17 outfits for the kids that are in good shape.

We ended up with 22 kids catching 78 Rockfish and 14 reds.
