Duck hunting is slow, so the boys and I went fishing today. The weather was very difficult. High winds made fishing tough. Jason did an outstanding job keeping the fisher folks as comfortable as possible. He managed to find a little jag of Sand Bass that bit for about 45 minutes. The take was 26 Sandbass and 3 nice calico bass. My 12 year old son, Brant scored the jackpot with a nice calico. There were also 50 rockfish caught and two sculpin. All in all a pretty fun day as usual on the Stardust.
