Calico bass are finally starting to play. The ocean has been grease and is warming up and cleaning up on the beach. I have talked to Luke both Monday and Wed. this week. They are getting a good look at some bass. There are plenty of shorts. They have been getting a bunch of short white sea bass in th mix. Yesterday 25 anglers caught 15 Calico bass, a halibut and 84 Rockfish. The bass are biting better than the count looks.
