I guess I just haven't been paying attention, and somehow missed this little 5" badboys from LC. I realize LC is about to release an 8" jointed bait just unveiled at ICAST and yada yada yada...

Has anyone fished the LC Real CA 130s? Pros/Cons? Did the bait swim or is it more a jerky rip bait you put the swim on the bait action?

I like that they might fit a niche of smaller hardswimbaits, and might be something a beginner could throw...and LC has some nice colors to choose from for other non-trout fed bass...for us Southern boys!

The bait swims good and I have been bit on it too. I have 8 of them they dont go deep but float. I think the fin angle is what makes them go about a foot under on the retrieve. I try to imitate a wounded trout whit a stop and go retrieve and that seems to work for me.
