I haven't fished there in a long time but the people i've talked to who have say it's really tough out there. I would definitely try split shotting or down shotting small 3" to 4" plastics. I haven't heard of anything in particular that has been any good. If you're up for a change in plans, I've been told that Tri-Cities park in Diamond Bar or Mile Square park in Fountain Valley has a lot better population of bass. You may want to consider it.
