Jeff,<BR>I haven't been to El Capitan in a little while but I would expect the bite to be getting good for the halibut by now. We have done well in the cove to the east of the campgrounds. It's sheltered in there and the halibut tend to hang out in the kelp strands and grass beds towards the back. We've done well on the 4" silver grey fish traps and 4" olive big hammers in there.
