123, Oxnard & ventura beach

Started fishing at 9:30 at Hollywood beach, by the bath room, no sand crab used shrimp fished till 11:00 no bite. Went up to Seaward fished the beach and both jetty north of the parking lot till 1:00 PM. No sand crab were they usualy are so fished with mussel,NO FISH ?????
